When She Unravels by Gabrielle Sands

needs some plot work

Overall it wasn’t terrible but there are multiple points in the story that need more work, a lot more plotting and some character growth.

The FMC keeps flopping between wanting to be strong and wanting to cower. The MMC is almost good, but he too needs a bit of work.

The end felt very anticlimactic , in a way it’s a stand-alone that Carrie’s over multiple books. So the ‘end’ wasn’t technically an ending.

hmm

3.5 rounded.

I’ve read several books by Neva and always am left feeling like the book is incomplete

Plot line gets skipped over, we never do get to read Lenoid’s plans and why he did what he did.

Sometimes it’s all fluff and not very plotty.

Overall it was okay.

*throws kindle at the wall*

I cannot even begin to openly tell you all how I’m feeling.
You’ll know when you know but just.. *deep breaths*

I can’t find the words to describe how much I absolutely loved this series, from Nero to Hans it’s been utterly perfect and if it wasn’t your cup of tea; stop drinking decaf.. no I’m JK

remember tropes matter

If age gap isn’t your forte I wouldn’t read this one

However I love angsty books with bodyguards more than you’ll ever know so this was great.

Age gap, best friends dad happens to be a fav trope of mine so I jumped at chance to read it.

The book just fell flat for me,

another great storyline

Second chance romances have never really been my thing but the ongoing storyline has my hooked

Really enjoying this series

Can be read as a stand-alone but I recommend reading in order to understand fully

This was okay

I really didn’t like the childish way the FMC acted

Felt very anticlimactic and is the first book I’ve read, feels like I’m missing a whole backstory
