It’s so hard to give characters history with a 42 page novella and this would’ve been more fun had there not been flashbacks

I don’t think i would’ve liked this book if i physically read it, but the audiobook was really good. It got a little confusing towards the end, but overall I really like this author and the effort he puts into writing his female characters. I don’t know if i love the emphasis on “unremarkable woman,” but i think the overall message and story was really impactful.

I love the idea that Dracula isn’t actually that amazing and at the end of the day, he’s just a guy who got all the credit despite women being his backbone

I loved the twisted of Greek mythology this book took and the games were super interesting. It didn’t need to be over 600 pages though, however the ending leaves off on a twist that makes me want to continue the series as it comes out
