Disappointed in this one. It felt both boring and rushed. There was almost zero relationship building between any of the characters. Bryce was terrible. Lidia was the only interesting person in the whole book. The ending was weird, and a Temu version of Big Hero 6. I think my expectations were too high because both tog and acotar, and cc1 & 2 all had such beautiful character development and endings that pulled on your heart strings. This one just didn’t.

3.5 stars! This was crazy and unique! Loved the mental health depictions and the rehab setting. It was raw and beautiful at times. Relationships were under developed. The murder mystery aspect seemed random. Which made things weird when it suddenly was the main plot. I feel like it needed to be turned into two books so that it really could’ve developed both plot & characters.

This book grabbed my attention right away!

I think this book has been one my biggest let downs. Book Tok hyped this one up so much. My expectations were too high. Loved how unique the story was. It had a lot of potential. I wish the author would’ve fleshed it out more. The love was insta love, things got resolved much too fast, and all of the plot twists/surprises were SO painfully obvious.
