First book that I've read from this author and I feel like I have to read the others as well because there are many characters, situations, and layers to this story that I couldn't get and although in most of the book we get all this past action and how and when and where happened, it's still too much and I feel left aside.
I liked Nick and his way of wanting to do more with his life, I liked the heroine and her job, a good writing style, great banter between them.
I wanted more about them as a couple/relationship probably, to see how it grows, how their past is overwhelming but they get over it together and how they can help each other with it.
I'll make time to read the other books for sure.

This book was new to me author and loved it. I liked the plot and how the couple gets their second chance, although I find it a bit selfish for Jackson to try to involve Holly in the show that his hockey team are filming just so he can have her close and to hide and negates his health issues and the approach of the end of his career. I love Holly for standing up for her company and for her work and dreams. The fact that they still love each other after they divorced and there isn’t any cheating involved, just growing apart as each one wants to be better in their jobs, makes it more interesting and reliable as usually for the women is harder to get over a divorce and for him it would be easier as he is famous, the captain of the hockey team. There are funny moments between the players and they all bound as a family and friends more than just colleagues. The sex scenes are very well written and realistic.Overall it was a very good book and will check the others in this series as this one was book 4.

It was like watching a Criminal Minds episode, I liked the way her characters developed and the plot but it was hard to read it quickly as it is a dark read for me and touches things that I am totally against but at the end I will always understand that our mind is twisted for some of us and normal for others and if a couple finds love in their way good for them.

I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!
I love second chance romances and this book is so well written and the characters and the plot and everything is just the best.
The first book that I've read in this series but will read the other 2 as well and pretty soon because i just love it, i just found another great author that i will stalk everywhere for every new book.
It's a wonderful love story between high school sweethearts that had to break their relation and follow each other way in life, but mostly this rupture came from a misunderstanding and the author is showing the truth as how much communication means in any relation at all.

I love that even if he comes from a rich family, he has a heart and although he suffers, he kept all the memories with her and cherish them. She can be such a reliable female character because she has done everything for her little sister and always puts the family first, leaving her aside even if her heart is broken as well.
The author has created a perfect story with all the events that we get to read in this book, page after page, great banter, hot as hell scenes between them, because the chemistry was always there and the building tension is just brilliant made throughout the book.
I just love when i find new to me authors with great writing and stories that stay with you for a while.

Hard Limit by Sybil Bartel—- 😱😱😱 I am dead and speechless. Really I cannot even think about how to write this review without spoilers. My favourite from Sybil’s books is the Viking but this, Tarquin F***ing Candle just blows my mind. We get to know him in the Uncompromising series through all the books and get more about him in Andre book but Hard Limit is his beginning when he escaped the compound of crazy RR. Shaila is the perfect heroine for him and if I was her, really I would’ve fallen as hard as she did. I am restless now and having to be on the edge of my seat for a few months now it drives me crazy 😝
Cellar Door by Trisha Wolfe ---- Again OMG, I love this author and her stories and her writing. This story is packed with action, witnessing a murderer Makenna, as a private detective, will follow the criminal but she gets to be taken as a hostage and what a story begins! Even if I got distracted by my adulting life, this book kept calling me back every day, just one more page to read, to find out what will happen, and it's so thrilling and engageable that you won't regret to read it.
Claiming Chaos by Kim Bailey --- My first read by this author and a great one. I love a good romantic suspense story and this one has everything that I've expected and more. It's total chaos when and how the characters meet. As the heroine is on a mission and won't allow anyone to stay on her path to find her sister, not even the sexy man that set his eyes on her. It's a great story with a lot of instant lust and sexy and hot moments and you will love it.

The first book that I've read by this author and really enjoyed it. I went in blind, i haven't read any blurb or anything and had the pleasant surprise with the writing style which i really like, with such reliable characters and enjoyed a lot how the author pictured them and made them grow with everything in their story.
Sometimes a one night stand can develop in a lifetime together or in just that, a great night and everyone moves on. After that one night, none of them seem to just go on and when they have to be part of the same wedding, the sparks are still there , and their story really begins with great banter and even greater friends, probably from previous books which i have to check as i enjoyed their characters and i am sure they made quite a story or some of them will do in the next book.
Lust, love, great banner, great friends, lol moments, a big HEA.

I loved this story!
It looks like Beauty and the Beast but The Monster of Montvale Halle it's more than the beloved tale.
As a bigger brother, Robert wants to spend time just with his friends but his little sister always finds ways to tag along, and an unfortunate accident changes their life forever.
After finishing school, he withdraws himself from society and even estranges himself from his good friends that tried to keep him close, just James remains close enough, and when he is visiting with an American cousin, he has to accept that his mother happiness is more important than his grief and darkness.
Abby is a very young lady and seems to be too good for him, really,
he gets so rude towards her so many times, but she just keeps trying because she knows that deep in his soul he can't be the monster he is showing everyone,
that it's just a mask to protect his heart after the loss of his beloved sister.
They start a journey of friendship first where she is trying to make him believe in forgiveness and that life is wort to be lived.
Great writing,
lovely characters and a great story about finding the power to forget and carry on hoping for a happily ever after with the perfect match

As I've heard about Tara and her books from my friends, I just had to read one and luckily I started with this book. Probably my mistake as I have to go back and read the other two books in the series as it's more than I would expect for and I am in a way speechless.
First, you have to know that there are some triggers that maybe some people can't read about them and involves METOO which I know it was hard to make its way out in the spotlight and make everyone more aware of it and that it's still happening in this year.
I'll start by saying that this blew me away with the stronger than any heroine that I've read about, Verity, that had to go through hell all her life, with a mother that was her manager and pushed her to do anything and everything a child shouldn't even think about it. After a TV show failed she decided to get away from her mother and her life and start on her own as a singer as she really wanted all her life even if she knew it's going to be very hard and maybe the past won't leave her alone, which unfortunately happened.
Dax is the guitarist in Nothing but Trouble band that he found himself within one night after giving up at his family musical group and looking for a woman who gave up on him and pursued another life for herself. He is the all in one artist, he plays any instrument, writes his own music and composes for the band and recording company.
When Verity lands a contract with the same recording house as Dax band, they get to work together and even she will sing one of his songs without knowing that he is the one that wrote it inspired by her. Their attraction is undeniable and Dax is the perfect boyfriend, treating her with more respect and care than anyone has ever done it for her,and although both have to overcome their past, there is a great relationship building between them, each one learning how to trust again and find a happy ever after with the ones that their heart wants (and body as the scenes were of the charts hot and you will understand why Dax is so perfect)

It'a very hot book, with a lot of lol scenes, great banter, and discussions, instalust all over and you just don't want to put this book down (even if life interfere )and also treats the topics around #metoo as well as her relationship with her mother.

Another amazing story by Catherine Stein.
As expected, the author hasn't disappointed us with her writing style which for me is the first author that I've read in the steampunk genre.
I love perfumes and honestly who doesn't? It was a fascinating story about potions, perfumes and two characters that have nothing in common but their attraction toward each other can be felt with each page that you read. Everything in this book is great, the setings ,the characters are very well pictured and i love that Nicholas is geting intrigued by Ida from the first moment because of her perfume and also because she is indeed a very different woman from what he is used to meet.
A journey full a great banter and finding love at the end of many suspensefull moments.

When you read the blurb and says teacher student taboo story you think ooo there are so many out there that i wonder what this story will bring new ,and trust me ,this book is different because it focuses in the characters more and what they feel, what they want to become and how they get over everything to find a happily ever after woth the one that are they match in every single way.
Yes it's an age gap between Eva and Elijah but not that big as she is 18 and he is 26. They meet on her 18th birthday,in a bar where she is celebrating her birthday alone, because although she comes from a well established family ,she has no real friends and has to spend her birthday wishing she was over with school and find her way in life in another plce far away from that town, where nobody will reconise her and she can truly be herself.
Elijah is a substitute proffesor and sexy and with a dirty mind as any young male will be at his age.His fault is that he fells head over heals with Eva and we get to spend a lot of great times with them ,sexy times and so hot that sometimes they feel real, you fell like you are there next to them.
Great writing ,great story,is the first that i've read from this author but surely won't be the last book.
