The book was incredible! Read it all in one day. It was hard to put down. The story goes back and forth between Miles when he was younger and Tate his new love interest. Finding out what made him scared of love was incredibly sad. I ugly cried. But seeing him conquer his fears to find love again was perfect. Highly recommend reading it.

This is the first book I finished this year. Originally, I hated this book because the characters were so annoying, but now I consider this one of the best books I've ever read. I've never read a book I'm more obsessed about in my life. I find myself talking about this book with everyone I meet. I even gift it to loved ones. Everyone should experience this book at least once.

I got this book originally cause I needed something to read on a plane. I was truly shocked at how good the book was. The whole time, I was wondering who the real killer was, and the reveal was shocking! Loved the writing style! Brooke was ignoring so many red flags, which was annoying, but I enjoyed the ride. I definitely would read more from this author! My only complaint is that the book felt very slow. I liked the characters enough to keep reading because I was very curious about who the killer was. The payoff was wild. But other than that I loved it.

I was hooked immediately once I started reading. I loved Adrien and Isolde's romance. The twist that Isolde is Adrien's former witch lover was kinda obvious to me, especially because of all the visions. Loved the twist and cliffhanger ending. I am excited to see who the traitor is in the next book.

The book seems really short. Not a lot of plot. Seems like Winnie is just horny all the time.

Just the perfect amount of action and smut. The reason I didn't give it a 5⭐️ rating is because some things didn't make sense, like Peter letting Smee hurt his daughter or James not even asking Wendy if she had anything to do with what happened to Ru. I also was able to guess who Croc and his accomplice were way in advance. Which kind of made the reveal not as exciting. Still an enjoyable read.

It's really short. It's not that interesting. Feels like the story was just getting exciting and then boom, it's over. It definitely needed to be longer so we could understand more of what happened. Also, there are so many plot holes. There is no way a patient in a psych ward could have a lighter. I'm sorry you lost me there.

I don't understand how Gam wouldn't know that Joe was Laces dad? That makes no sense. He was your stepfather and you didn't know he had a son? Huh? I just don't get how Joe could have killed your sister and got away with it? Especially because there was so much evidence against you Gam. I think she just killed her sister and is crazy.

Not sure if I will read the next books.
