The Last Mrs. Parrish by Liv Constantine

Amber Patterson longs to live the life of the rich and plots to do just that, by making friends with Jackson Parrish's wife; Daphne. Throughout part 1 there's hints that Amber has a dark history that she is running from, but no light is shed on that until toward the end of the book, which makes part 1 a slow burn (imo).
Part 2 starts off making you almost hate Daphne and how she fell into such a luxurious lifestyle. But then it gets good!

This book picks up right where The Arrangement leaves off. It heads straight for twists and keeps you guessing what will happen next for Peter and Ainsley. Will they get caught, what will happen next between the two of them. Will anyone ever catch them?
It's too good to spoil!
But trust me, the last page had me CLAWING for the next book!

What a Rollercoaster this series was. This book in particular was mostly a cat and mouse game of Ainsley and Peter trying to kill each other to finally be done killing people in general. But eho was going to finally catch who? There was quite the suspense throughout the whole book that kept you on the edge of your seat waiting to see who may win as they'd get close, then not quite close enough. I thought for sure it was going to be anti-climatic until the last chapter.....
Boy did @kierstenmodglin do an outstanding job with this series! One of my favs this year!

This was a great suspense novel by @kierstenmodglinauthor
, it kept you hanging to every chapter going back and forth between past and present POVs, dying to know what would happen next. You think you know what happened to Cait's friend Jaime, but do you really?! The end proves to be a crazy set of twists.
I didn't quite give it 5 stars because I was hoping for a little more reunion drama toward the end.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this book for a very suspenseful read!
Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing by Matthew Perry

@mattyperry4 blew me away with this book. I learned so much about him, addiction, being a celebrity. It's definitely not like how it seems.

Chandler has always been my fav 'FRIEND' , but this made me appreciate Matthew Perry even more, because of his complete honestly. This is a hard and heavy topic to just roll out there for everyone to read about and learn that you've been battling with it for decades.

He deserves so much love, support, and to be truly happy for the rest of his life after everything he's been through and continues to try and change about the addiction world.

This was a great suspenseful story that kept you guessing til the twists at the end. Through the first third of the story I felt I had it all figured out, but then it seemed to take a turn. The ending, however, threw me for a loop, and im glad it ended the way it did with the characters.
The does jump back and forth between past and present to complete the storyline of why things are happening. This does tend to get a little confusing, but overall this was a very fast paced thriller I would definitely recommend!

This book has multiple intertwining POVs. The story begins on a bit of a slow burn until BAM, a body is found. It follows with multiple twists and turns throughout this very well written 'whodunit' thriller.

Neve and her daughter Ash return to Neves' childhood summer home while she figures out her love life back in Boston. The next thing they know, their backyard is a crime scene. Detective Jess is on the case and finds that Neve may not be as innocent as she claims. While she is hot on the case, Neve recalls her secret past leading up to mysterious texts and notes left for her and the recently deceased. Are they connected? Is Neve telling Detective Jess the whole story?

How deadly are his lies?☠️

My review::
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This book starts with a gripping first chapter and ends on such a strong gut-wrenching note that it leaves you begging for more.
Palmer Lewis has just had a beautiful baby boy named Grey, with husband Ben Lewis. Ben is a full time stay at home dad, while Palmer has returned to work fairly quickly due to her jobs' demand. Lately, Ben has been acting different, and Palmer starts to question his motives after past relationships have ended in cheating.
Palmer finds another woman, missing money from her bank account, then Ben and Grey don't come home one day. The details and events to follow will make your jaw drop.

I listened to this on audiobook and it was fantastic. I didn't want it to end.
