So me being me meant that i read book 2 before book 1 (this one) so i already knew some of what had happend in this book. But that didnt take away anything from this book, it rather made me understand Silas (MC Book 2) and his friends better.

I love the qurikyness of Rowe and his story in trying to get his invention of the ground. Him impersonating Sterling Chase, who he thinks is a real person, is just gold. And all the wonderful one-liners and scenes we get when he is that person is marvelous.

Bash is the opposite, he is straighforward, powerful and he is a secret billionaire. He falls head over heels for Sterling Chases impersonator Rowe, mind you he is in on the game early on. But i don't want to spoil to much of how he knows because then you would loose half the plot.

This was an easy and funny read with alot of spice but also a nice plot that drives the story forward. I have as said already read book 2 about Silas (Marrying Mr Majestic) and now I am waiting on book 3 that will be about Dev and his journey to finding love and peace of mind.

This is a wonderful book with 3 main characters that all carry a burdend that alone could cripple you but toghter they succed and thrive.

Branson lost his father at the age of 17 and since then have he looked fo his place in the universe and for love. That all consuming love that few find.

Noel is the billionair hotel magnet that is tron between the attraction he feels for Branson and later on Milo and his familys wish that he moves back to England after his father got ill.

Milo has been fighting all his life to get away from his fathers hate and even if he has made it away, the scars still lives with him and they make him act out. When all along he wants to embrace the love he feels for Branson and also Noel.

This is an fast attraction, virvel wind of a story. With three men so diffrent but at the same time all the same. The love and attractions is palpebale and the spice is spicy.
I am a sucker for nicknames or endearments in books and this one delivers. Blue or Daddy, Little Artist and Kitten are the perfect way of describing the men of Branson's Promise and everytime one of the names where uterd I smiled.

This book hit so many sweetspots for me and i will be recommending this book.

I don't know where to start. When I got this book in the mail as an ARC, I knew I wasn't in the right headspace to read it so I waited. A week passed until I felt it was the right time and man am I happy I waited. This book is something precious and i didnt want it to end. I would have happily read 500+ pages if this meant that we would get more of Rhys and Angel together.

This book starts out with Rhys and Angel meeting at Rhys dads 60th birthday party. They know of each other because Angel is a friend of Rhys' big brother but they have never been hanging out in the same circles. Rhys is out and proud and he decided at 18 to move away from Staten Island because he felt like he didn’t belong.

In the years since he moved to Brooklyn he has started a camboy/p*rn career and he also pole dances at The Bronzed Rail. Angel has stayed in Staten Island and works in construction but meeting Rhys again wakes Angel up to things that he thought he didn't want or need. Just a little mishap when watching a video together starts this whole story of how Angel goes from Gay for Pay to helplessly in love with Rhys.

The way Angel is the most shy and precious person you can meet, he also exudes this charisma and sexyness that make Rhys drool. And he is not afraid of new things even if it means having s*x with Rhys in front of a camera.
Rhys is just enamored with his teddy bear Angel and it’s a wonder seeing this larger than life person slow down and take care of Angel. And guiding him without pushing him to realize “I may not be as straight as I think I am”.

I love that we get the cameos from the others in The Camboy Network and that we are steadily expanding the storyline so that everyone finds their place. It is not only spice but also heart and a storyline that drives the book/books forward.

But the spice...
WOW, there are some unexpected things and scenes playing out in this book and Angel you sneaky little Teddy Bear you surprised even me.

After finishing the book and sitting on it for a few days I feel like I want to go back in time and read it for the first time again. I think this is so far my favorite book in the Mars Fitness/The Camboy network universe.

I am on a roll when it comes to books ser during Christmas time.

I always enjoy Ashlynn's books and this is no exception.
The Enemies-to-Lovers vibe with a sprinkle of boss/employee, forced proximity and CNC we have this gem of a book.
Gray and Michael is all this and more. We have lace and stockings, we have a fun time with the copying machine and a dom/sub relationship that come natural to them.

If you want an snack of a book with a good plot and just a tiny tiny bit angst, here you go put this one on your TBR.

This book made me cry several times in the first 20% of the book. Mason is a sweetheart that has had a shitty life and that really tugged on my heartstrings. Dillion is the take charge guy who actually knows what to do and do it properly.
Them together is slightly taboo since Mason has been married to Dillons mum for 3 years. But since they haven't seen eachother for about 4 years I didn't take to much stock on that.
I like the reverence Dillon treats Mason with and the fact that Mason doesn't just go along with this like a helpless puppy, even if he is one. This is the first book of Gianni's I read and I enjoyed it and I will read more.

Such an delicious little spicy snack of a book.

I am super glad that Skyler and Brea are thinking about making this into a full length book. Because I want .ore and I need to know what happens next.

I mean it's dirty and gritty and so full on in the spice but it is set in the Vitale Brothers universe so I am not surprised.

Ohhh I utterly adore Waylon and Silas.

The wake-up married trope is one of my favourite tropes and this book is no exception.

The way they gravitated towards eachother *chefs kiss* and the way their relationship built after deciding to keep the marriage going also *chefs kiss*.  But we get ups/downs and some low angst but it is there.

The spice was spicy and the possession they feel towards eachother made me happy kick my feet. I am not always a fan of possessive characters but here is works.

This is a Stand Alone but there are books connected to this one so I would say that this is a semi series.

*Elite 8 Studios book 2*

This book hits all the feels. It is as heartbreaking as it is sweet and spicy.

I am in awe of Mal, he has been through so much and he is still standing. I think the message in this book that being abused is not only physical but it is also mental and that can just be as devastating for you as a human being is an important message to get across. All abuse is bad and everyone reacts diffrently to what happens to them.

Henrik has also had a tough go at it with loosing his sight. I can't imagine the toll that takes on you. And in Henrik's case this makes him standof-ish, he dosn't want to open himself up to the possibilty of love. All because he dosn't want to loose something big again.

Somehow Mal and Henrik works, even if they are from diffrent walks of life.  The way that Henrik takes charge and takes care of Mal is just what Mal needs. And the way Mal make Henrik open up to new thing, like the cats just pure gold.
The only thing is the comunication erroes they seem to have, but not everyone gets that right from the get go.
I enjoyed their story and I am glad I decided to read it, even if I am reading the series in the wrong order. Though they can be read as stand alones.

Elite 8 Studios Book 3

This was the first book I have read by Emmy Sanders and what a lovely read. I was in the mood for some poly romance and this did not disappoint.

*Slight Spoiler*

Alex is a student with a job on the side as an p*rnstar for Elite 8 Studios. He is sunshine personafied. Then one night he hooks up with Ronan an mechanic with a bear resemblance that Alex just gushes over. When the one night stand turns into a second hook up we meet Finn. Fin, who is Ronans neighbour and also in love with him. Finn walks in on them having s*x and kinda gets his heart broken. But Alex being Alex see the love between Finn and Ronan and decides to push them together. But lets say Finn also see the way Alex looks at Ronan and after a lunch togheter they decide to give a poly romance a try.

I love the way that Ronan is the person that bring the three of them together. First him and Alex and than him and Finn and then later on Ronan, Alex and Finn.

The fact that they worked on and took the time to become a full fledge triad was satisfactory. It didn't feel to rushed and it felt like this was how it always supposed to be.

Them together makes me happy and satisfied.

This book is part of a series but it can be read as a stand alone. I did this but after meeting Mal and his bf Henrik in this book I have decided to go back and read their story.

What should I do with myself now...

My lord these two drives you up the wall with their snark, frenemie vibes and the s*xual tension.

It escapes no one that Kevin hates Hank in the beginning of this book and that Hank at the same time is attracted to Kevin. Which in turn makes for an funny and somewhat heated storyline.

I get where Kevin is coming from, Hank treated Kevin's best friend like s*it in the beginning of the first book. And Kevin can't seem to let that go, even if Lukas and Hank has buried the axe and are now friends. Then the fact that Kevin's body and heart seem utterly attracted to Hank makes his brain hurt and confused.

These 2 are the epitome of frenemies to lovers and I adore thier story. The will they, won't they aspect is gold. And the bookshop dates utter perfection.

Also the beginning of chapter 11, when Kevin has to tell Lukas, that he is dating Lukas ex, is one of the most hilarious openings to a chapter I have ever read. I snorted and laughed so hard I had to pause the audio to calm myself down.

The fact that the only thing Hnk really wants is to take care of Kevin and give him everything he could ever want.  *swoon*
