The title might be misleading- this book is 50% about healing! Half is about how to decide to cut ties or to what degree, but a good part is about how to take care of yourself! The part about taking care of yourself in the process is the more important part, IMO. Please be gentle with yourself!

This sequel also feels like a warm cup of tea, or a nostalgic dream. Excellent escapism to a world with no material wants, and the ability to explore meaning and relationships without material barriers. If only we could live there.
