its nicee im really loving it so far. people say that it doesnt have as much details as the novel and that you should read the novel first, but im understanding it perfectly fine without having read the novel. im sure theres definitely some things that were left out, but to someone who hasnt read the novel yet, it isnt very noticeable.

perfection. absolutely deliciously, exquisitely written book. even if its just a translation it still holds the flavour and the beauty. reading it inspired ME to continue writing MY book, which i half-abandoned. such power it holds. i also read 800 pages in like 10 days, which has never happened before in my entire life. and the fact that i know it just gets better and better. amazing, brilliant, scrumptious. out of this world.

it was a rather interesting read. it was captivating and mysterious from the start, and it hooks you and reels you in like so. it left a lot of questions and its like you had to dig for the answers. i didnt know what was going on half of the time and i was confused but it was a pleasant feeling still. like when you cant figure out a mystery but then it clicks and you see it was right infront of your eyes. it was confusing until the end though, and im still left baffled at the storyline and plot, but it makes sense in a way. i actually really liked it, especially the way it was written.

it wasnt necessarily bad but i found myself skimming a lot of parts and being bored. also she was just suddenly 20 and her richness disappeared and it was strange but the plot was decent. also the same theme over and over again gets kinda boring so im glad it was spiced up with some romance as she finally wasnt just a little girl anymore. all in all, it just didnt really stick out to me as much as the first one did.
oh and also the poverty problem didnt really get "solved"? it just... got ignored, yeah.
