What could possible go wrong when your ex moves in next door?! Frenemies is hilarious! There are so many twist and turn and things that will have you doubled over in laughter. These two will make you feel young at heart! They also remind you that true love never dies, no matter how much time goes by!

Decent read would've like more of them figuring it out
This story was most buildup to Imogen and Mason having their relationship talk. I liked it but not where I assumed it was going. Thought there would be more laughs and pranks leading up to sexy times.

Frenemies is Emma Hart's newest laugh out loud second chance enemies (sort of) to lovers! Imogen and Mason were friends with benefits in college. They went their separate ways, meaning he left and never called. Now he's living next door to her and she realizes she never got over it. So now she vows to hate him! But you know what they say, there's a fine line between love and hate. Mason can't believe his luck when he finds out who his new neighbor is. The one who got away. He can't regret it because then he wouldn't have his daughter, Maya, but he thinks this might be a sign. He just has to put up with her antics and craziness and break her down, and her inappropriate grandma! It's all fun and games until your forced to admit how you feel. I loved the banter, the fun, the inappropriateness! I loved that Mason was so laid back about everything, but he didn't let Immy get to far away. He's a good dad and Maya was too cute! I'm already looking forward to Hannah's story!

Frenemies - a new stand-alone rom-com from the queen of sass Emma Hart!
Imogen lives together with her grandma, when one day they get a new neighbor:
Mason. Who she knows very well from college and hurt her by leaving her.
Can Immy forgive Mason for hurting her?
Such a funny laugh out loud new story from Emma!! Loved grandma Jen and her friends, little Maya and all other side characters!
The built up tension was HIGH and I couldn’t wait for them to kiss

Sooooooo funny! As always! And really I connected to this one because I like that her “frenemy”, Mason, was her FWB from college. I didn’t take a lot of notes as I was reading because this was such a page-turner I just sped through it! It’s a pretty light-hearted story, not a lot of major drama. The feels are real, but not deep. And that’s okay, I like to have a sweet and light and refreshing story to enjoy like this one. I loved that Immy knew how important it was to make sure Mason’s daughter was considered in all things, but I also loved that Mason, and everyone around Immy, told her that it was his decision to make, not hers. That felt so realistic to me. It was also such a unique relationship that Mason had with his daughter’s mother, or his baby-mama, as they say these days.
I look forward to a book about Immy’s cousin which we got a bit of a teaser at the end, as well as little quips here and there about her British neighbor. It might not be considered a series, but I love that they are connected.
