The book was cute and I loved the whole witch vibes that were going off, 2 stars just because I wish something more spectacular happened at the end.

Like cheesy nacho dip: does what it says on the tin, and does it well.

Super light reading. Some steamy sex scenes.

This book was supposed to be "Hocus Pocus, but they fuck"
Well, it was too little on the Hocus and Pocus for my taste. The town was cursed, but they acted like it was no big deal until like the last five chapters or so. Then suddenly it was life and death enough for them to take seriously.
And the rumpy pumpy part, that had as much spice as salt and pepper. There was no real romance or relationship, they were just horny with lukewarm sex.
It's a quick and easy read, but I also found it boring and stupid.
I honestly don't understand all the hype for this book.
I think the thing I liked best about this book was the cover.

A solid witchy romance. A little boring and Rhys was kinda annoying, but I still had a good time

Really it’s like a 3.75! I actually had a lot of fun reading this book and made it through relatively quickly…it just wasn’t like earth shatteringly great. It did it’s job of fitting the seasons mood though

She said “hocus pocus but they fuck” and that’s exactly what this was ! I wish there was more spice but the fall / witchy vibes this gave ! UGHHHHH perfection!

A sweet low stakes romance set in a cute town with quirky characters. Fun fall vibes and not a lot of stress. Just what the doctor ordered. If you are looking for a pumpkins spiced late hallmark movie, this book is for you.

This was such a fun and easy read! The setting alone was so perfect and I absolutely loved the small cozy town that was filled with so much charm of everything Autumn and Halloween related. Vivi and Rhys Relationship was supper cute and a mix of some of my favorite tropes. This book was filled with funny moments from the main characters and the family members. This really was the perfect spooky season rom-com and I really hope it gets turned into a Rated R Halloween movie one day!
