Just skimmed it. This book is about the intricacies of making a marriage work. There is a health serving of the MCs poorly communicating.

3.5 stars. He grovels for the entire book which was great. Just wish there were more tender moments to heighten the anguish.

I LOVE ANGST. I LOVE GROVELING. I LOVE IT WHEN WHEN SUFFER.

So, obviously, I enjoyed this book. Yes, the heroine might have given in a few times BUT I still had a great time reading it. Would've given this 5 stars if the hero suffered more TBH

I was in the mood for some angsty romance with a lot of grovelling. And that's definitely what I got.

Will never like a man that mistreated his wife over a misunderstanding.
