10000000/10 would recommend. Amazing worldbuilding, storytelling, THE SPICE, just everything I want in a book. Do yourself a favor and READ THIS.

John Hartley (male narrator) sounds SO ROYAL. His voice has weight and power. You can feel how deeply Callen feels things before the plot has even begun.
The Story reels you in from the very first chapter, making you feel like you've been dropped directly into the middle of an ongoing adventure.
Stella Hunter is the perfect narrator in every way. Elyria sounds so normal, despite the fact that she's evidently the key to heal the world (which broke when Cal's dad tried to kill him). (Cal is searching for Elyria.)
Cal sees Elyria for the first time from across the square and you can FEEL the heart eyes/fated mates kicking in.
These audiobook narrators are TOP TIER.
FATED MATES! I love the way Elyria toys with Cal, makes him work for it, and how DANG FLIRTY THEY BOTH ARE
DUKE, NO. HE DIDN'T DESERVE THAT! HE'S SO SWEET. WHY? AND HE KNOWS ABOUT AUROS AND THE CURSE WAS MEANT FOR ELYRIA, WHO IS THE DAUGHTER OF THE ORIGINAL ELYRIA, FIRE DRAKKON, SEND HELP

THIS IS SO SAD, GENEVA, WHY?!

Xoc is my son and must be protected at all costs
HOLY MOLY, IF THIS IS THE SPICE OF JUST A KISS, STARS ABOVE!
Poor Xoc is like JUST KISS ALREADY.GIF, I'm so tired of listening to the two of you flirt, I hate that I know you people 😂
Meeting Joseph, omg Cal, could you BE any more jealous???? It's adorably hysterical.
"I must have been staring [at Elyria] again." NO WAY, CAL. YOU? STARING? IT CANNOT BE. 😂
Cal literally could not be more in love with Elyria if he tried. It's ADORABLE.
AND THERE'S ONLY ONE BED! YES!
and Cal is so busy staring at Elyria that he literally gets stuck in his pants and falls over. Omg, for a royal and someone who can wield such power, he's such a DORK.
I love Xoc and Cal's dynamic. Cal is the idiot doing the stupid thing, and Xoc is the one who sighs SO HEAVILY and goes to make sure the idiot doesn't die. (I feel you, Xoc.)
a bet over a cab race - I SWEAR THEY ARE GIANT CHILDREN (but I love them)
Cal, you're a freaking bonehead. TELL HER THE WHOLE TRUTH.
"I let her hit me. I deserved every hit she threw at me." Cal, omg, I feel for you so much even though you go about things SO STUPIDLY
how two badasses can be SO STUPID when together ugh they're so meant to be
FOUND. FREAKING. FAMILY. CALLEN. ELYRIA. XOC. ❤️
STARS BLESS XOC, THE VOICE OF REASON.
the way fire is used as a symbol to represent so many things is EXPERT LEVEL. Devastation. Passion. Creation. Vengeance. Willpower. Urgency. Necessity. There's nothing I could write that would do it justice. Geneva Monroe has penned an absolute masterpiece.
WHAT DOES LAVENDER MAKE XOC THINK OF? HE STOPPED HIMSELF FROM SPEAKING OPENLY, WHICH MAKES ME THINK IT'S A WHO, NOT A WHAT.
THIS IS SHREDDING MY HEART. HOW AM I GONNA MAKE IT THROUGH SIX MORE BOOKS WITHOUT CRYING?!
"I swore to put your life before my own, always." (Omg these two, somebody send help - to them and me)
