After book 1 I was begging for this book I needed to know. And Juss has out done herself. I loved this book.
This triangle of Quin, Bric, and Rochelle is something you need to experience. It’s not conventional and who cares right love doesn’t care if you love one person two or more.
The emotions each one feels and how they are all inter locked it’s kinda genius. I loved it, ok I think I said that already but really Bric really took the book for me. I enjoyed his banter his scenes heck everything about him. He thought he was being so sly.
Quin and I were not on the same page at the beginning and I understand why he was so angry and hurt. I did forgive him as the book goes one, I can’t be mad at him for long.
Rochelle had a lot of redeeming to do in my eyes and she really does. I love how much she loves and how much she wanted to show her forgiveness.
But I will say Adley totally steals the show! I love when babies are in books they really do steal the scenes.
*You don't have to like my review but its 100% my opinion, and I am allowed to have it.*

Oh damn this was smoking HOT HOT HOT. I was not expecting to like this book so much. I was expecting a lot of holes when your reading about three it can get all muddled up but nope the writing it spot on and I can't get enough.
I can't get over how well the three fit. I mean it isn't easy to make there relationship work but it just does. I think it helped that Talon and Kyle were long time friends first. Then Addison comes in and how she fits it just seemed right.
So I loved the book and read on to the second one....

Was it just me or did anyone else think Fallon was a crazy bitch of a momma bear all because she was scared afraid and felt threatened? I totally got it but wow she got to me sometimes I wanted to be like woooh lady back up. I thought Lucas was a bit of a pushover but I understand why he didn't want to lose what he found I get that. And it worked they balanced each other out really well. And lets not for get Mr. Aiden totally stole the story in my books I <3 that kid. I was so happy to see Elli and Shea make an appearance to! Woot on to the next book!

5 Hooker-tastic Stars!
Yeah I just said Hooker-tastic. Never thought I would come up with such a word. But wow this book. I finished it minutes ago and I can still feel the urge to press next page next page and nothing is happening I want MORE!
Question:
What would you do for your children?
Answer:
Anything…
I loved how we meet Emily aka Brandi, she is a strong fighting women who has more gumption in her pinky then most people will ever have. She is fierce and loyal and most of all a mother to an incredible little boy who needs more than most. And so that she can provide it for him she does anything necessary for that to happen. So what if she gets paid to sleep with men. It’s a job just like any other only she gets paid a heck of a lot more than just the regular old Joe who owns a bar. Just because someone uses their body to make money does not make them weak or uneducated.
Emily is a character I have a lot of respect for maybe because I am a mother with a son who needs more than most, not the same as hers but it’s a common understanding. You would do and say anything to put your children first. I have no judgement for how she takes care of her son.
Marco comes in to the picture this hot Italian man you just want to get down and dirty with. But no, no you don’t expect him to be so patient. I love this about him, just because he pays for a women’s time and body doesn’t mean he gets to be a bastardo as he calls it.
He’s a formidable business man and knows what he wants and will get it at any cost. Even at the expense of others but he is sly about it you don’t really see it so much as feel it.
Watching how Brandi gets under his skin was fun and funny he wants more from her but to her he is a pay cheque and she has to keep it separate.
These two together is explosive. And when her life is in danger and Marco comes to her aid. I love how lines get blurred it’s an incredible story of finding what you didn’t expect.
Also Daniel steals the show as most 9 year old boys do.
Watching him show his mom that it’s okay to be a kid and to not worry so much is sweet and makes you smile more than once.
Here are some of my favorite quotes you had to know they were coming!
“It should matter not what you do for a living. You are still a woman, are you not?” – Marco
“You’re mine. Do you understand? I don’t care what your ------- job is. You. Are. Mine.” – Marco
“Baby girl, you are looking F-I-N-E this evening.” – Leroy bodyguard
“Even the angel has a devil that sits on his shoulder.” – Marco
And can I just say that was sooo mean that Cliffy!! I want more!
If I get down on my hands and knees and beg really, really nicely?

The Secret by Giana Darling
This is book 2 of the series and it kicks off right where book 1 ended. Thank god!
I mean I wanted this book like yesterday, and waiting for it I would keep thinking about to the first book. Thank you Giana for not making us wait too long. Please don’t make us wait to much longer for book 3, I mean WOW again you cliffy’ed me, in such a good way AGAIN, but I am ok with it… Did I just type that! Lmao
We have already meet Giselle aka Elle, in book one. And now that she is back home with her family, after an extended stay abroad. She might be home she is apprehensive from after being gone for so long. Not only that but she is heart sick as well from leaving Sin the way she did.
Oh boy dose this book stir the pot. Not only do we find out about Sin’s significant other, but we find out that Karma seems to be playing a cruel joke them.
I could not put this book down! I loved Sin so hard in book one knowing he was having such a hard time with his wants and desires. I didn’t begrudge him his affair.
You’re thinking what!? I know!
What am I saying if you read book 1 you will understand. But here in book 2 I was a little mad at our Sin aka Daniel, he was a little stand offish , I understand why, but it was like he wanted Elle to make all the choices and that’s wasn’t fair to her, or him.
Seeing Giselle interact with her family for the first time made me smile she wants and needs there approval, sure but its she doesn’t want to be alone anymore either. Her older sister Elena has a bit of a chip on her shoulder and is a little condescending in her remarks to most everyone, but especially Giselle, almost to the point of cruelty. Cosima and Sebastian are the younger siblings, twins. They try and keep everything smooth in the family, they try not to take sides and love everyone equally although Elena doesn’t make it easy.
Both the twins both have some things going on in their lives I want to, no need to, know more about. More books to come? I hope so.
Giselle, what to say about this woman who is stuck in-between what she wants, and what she can’t have. She wants to say ‘pick me’ but it’s not that easy. There is so much hurt and frustrations but longing and hope as well. I almost feel as though she needs excuses to be happy. I loved the growth of her as a character. I feel like she really does see and feel what is happening. I almost feel like she is the only one having those thoughts and feeling since Sin has the mask on, all the time. But no, he does cracks and you see how their situation is making him bleed just as much.
I truly don’t want to give anything away. This book is the perfect companion to book 1 and I feel like everyone should read these books not just because they are so well written, but the emotions they bring out in you whether you like this type of content or not. It’s more than an affair it’s about love, loss, faith, and destiny.
I leave you with this one quote.
“I wanted to punish you just like this for bewitching me.”
