The setting of the story is nice and I like the magic but the real problem I have with this book is the writing. This book left the confines of wattpad. I know Stephanie Meyer was made fun of for using the word “said” so many times but to make every single speaking line have some type of dialogue word you learn to use in English class really throws you out of the story.

I could feel this book through my bones, through the pulsing of my blood. I don’t think I’ll find another book like this one. My heart aches.
