She describes the other womans pubic hair as "a thin veil hiding treasures beneath" and I can't live on this earth another day after reading this.

Super relatable if you're going through family/ career stress. Loved it. Felt similar to a Rachel Harrison book.

It's giving male fantasy virgin, it's giving high school mean girls, it's giving complete-red-flag-buts-its-okay-because-he's-so-hot love interest. Almost as cringe as Haunting Adeline. I won't be bamboozled again. If it's this bad now, I know it will be just as bad later. And the terrible accents on the audiobook take the cake.

An epic fairy tale for metalheads. After re-reading I've gained even more appreciation for all the research Hendrix did for this book. It feels like a metalhead wrote this, like an og classic metalhead. It feels like all the thoughts, gripes, love and hate my dad ever shared about metal music throughout his life was poured into this book.
