This is a step-sibling romance done in a different way than I normally read and I loved it. This was also my first Izzy Ravas story and will not be my last.

 My heart hurt for both of these characters they are in an impossibly hard situation. Gabby honestly my heart bleed for her she just took on so much add the bullying she is the strongest FMC I have ever read. Quin as much as he does you understand his anger do you agree no but you understand. The way he helps and is with her sister will have you on a puddle on the floor.

 Absolutely amazing with twist you do not see coming.

Yes to Rhodes the grumpy hockey playing dad who underneath it all is a teasing fun softie especially for his daughter Ellie. Rhodes and Ellie have been through it and if you read book 1 you know most of his nanny issues. Sunny is running from a trauma that has changed her whole life and because of this she knows she is the perfect nanny for Rhodes. She truly lives up to her name and the way she is able to connect with Ellie and Rhodes is heartwarming. Even with the the very obvious reason they shouldn’t give in to each other they can’t help it. Truly everything happens for a reason

This is a romance that does deal with heavy themes check your CW/TWs. This series follows Bexley U series you can read this without reading it prior but helps more with Emory book 1s backstory.

100% rooting for Felix nothing will change my heart. This story is set in the 90s and follows Belmira and Felix when they meet again but she doesn’t remember him. 70% of this story takes place in one night and the choices that are made that end in multiple consequences. It is important to remember the time this is taking place and the culture and environment that they have grown up in. While they are adults they do have a way that things are handled. Bel is sheltered in a way where Felix is more free. You can see the shift him the moment he meets her. Cannot wait for the book of Bel and Felix’s story


This is a trilogy that follows Belmira and Felix Book 1 ends on a cliffhanger. This also deals with heavy themes please read your TWs and CWs. Also remember when reading this is set in the 90s with both MCs Portuguese and keeping in mind the culture of the time.. This is absolutely a journey that I am excited I started and cannot wait to see what happens next.  

The pay phone conversation will have you stressed with Belmira as well as her ah ha moment because it is a little late for that ma’am. But all in all great beginning of this trilogy eagerly waiting for book 2.

I have been waiting for these two since book one. 

 Ash absolutely brought the laughs but also showed vulnerability and addiction and so much growth. Eli is the quiet reserved one who due to a previous relationship keeps himself hidden and could be mislabeled as grumpy but really he is just more introverted. Where Ash is very extroverted and to hide his feelings he is known as the party boy. 

It is a story of friendship and growth and while their communication isn’t the best it is better than other stories. This can be read as a standalone I do recommend reading book 1 there is so much backstory not just with these two but their relationship with their teammates as well. 

These two will have you laugh, cry and swoon the romance and the tension perfection cannot wait for book 3.

Alexandre did not come to play from the moment he is introduced you know he will have you kicking your feet and fanning your face. Lou is  strong and as a mom it is so easy to relate to her drive and dedication.  

This has the perfect amount of romance and sport as well as tension. The chemistry with these two are explosive from the beginning I could not put this down once I started it is so easy to get invested in Lou and Alex’s journey not only as a couple/co-parents but personal journey and growth as well

While this can be read as a standalone I do recommend starting with the first book so much backstory and the prologue of this one actually is Lou’s POV from book 2 She’s a Grinder.

If you loved Noah you will be OBSESSED with Blake. This man is perfection even with his grumpy moments. Delaney is sweet and it is clear she is in love with her best friend but she doesn’t know, Blake is in love with her and very much knows it.  

 If you like a friends to lovers push pull will they wont they this is that story. It is a semi slow burn but when the heat starts it was worth the edge. I cannot recommend this series enough even though you can read as a standalone I recommend reading in order.

I was so excited for Evelyn and Garrett’s story and they exceeded my expectations. While you can read this as a standalone for more background on Eve and Garrett as well as the couple of book 3 I would start with book 1. 

Garrett was previously the bassist for Fool’s Gambit, since leaving music he has become a lawyer who throws himself into his work. When stress gets the better of him he is forced to go on vacation where he goes back home to the town that raised him. As the sister of Fool’s Gambits drummer Evelyn has been around the music industry which is why when she decided to enter the industry she chose to do it in disguise. Feeling low on inspiration she decides to take a vacation and she ends up being neighbors none other than Garrett. 

These two have such great banter where she is sarcastic and bubbly he has more of a dry humor and the growth of their connection and vulnerability between them makes it all worth it when they get together. The town itself should be a main character I loved everything about it very much Gilmore Girls meets Hallmark small town is vibes the town gives. 

Really excited for book 3 and to see more of Wes, I loved his friendship with Garrett and his protective nature for his friend.

I could not put this down once I started and yes I did stay up till 2:30am knowing I had work and kids to get up for school but I could not stop. That ending had my heart on the floor! Yes this does end in a cliffhanger and I cannot wait for the 2nd book. 

This story follows Ophelia and she was excepted into the one school she never wanted to go to it is basically a school for the rich and corrupt. She sees this as an opportunity to find out what happened to her parents and boy is she in for a hunt for the truth. Alex is on his own quest for answers while trying to make sure his family back home is okay. 

When these two run into each other the first day they have instant banter until Ophelia learns who he is. While she tries to stay away and deal with her roommate trying to hurt her and the secrets she tries to unbury she realizes she just can’t stay away, as well as his constant need to protect her. 

Just when you think you have everything figured out you are thrown for another loop. Welcome to Sorrowsong, cannot wait for the next book.

I always love the pregnancy trope but the pregnancy trope where he isn’t the dad but steps up I eat that up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And when I saw a Cali was writing one I knew it was an instant hit and I was right I read this in one day I could not put it down. 

Nash plays for the Aston Archers and is Nova from book 1’s brother, and Riley is her best friend and have been since childhood. There has also been mutual pining for far too long and when Riley finds her self in a bind with her insurance Nash does not hesitate to jump in to help her. As any good Marriage of Convenience they have set an end date and it is all for paperwork nothing else no feelings. When Nash needs someone to watch out for him Riley decides that will be her because of all he has done for her. As they get closer their true feelings start to surface and SHE gives us a F it moment. 

These two are absolutely the cutest, they have great banter and the best chemistry. Cannot wait for more in this series and that Rowan chapter has me very intrigued.

Officially obsessed with this series, while this is book 2 and you can read as a standalone I absolutely fell in love with Graham in book 1. 

Graham is Grayson’s over the top playboy best friend who dresses in the most colorful outfits but we know that he is also loyal and supportive especially for his best friend. Juliet is Marco (Grayson’s head of security) cousin and newest member of Grayson’s legal team she is not one to be messed with and I loved her for Graham immediately. 

When they meet Graham is being Graham and Juliet does not stand for it, little do they each know this is just the beginning. When they are tasked to start a project together the chemistry evident no matter how much Juilet tries to deny it. When they finally give in Juliet makes it very clear it is a one time thing she does not do anything other than one night, and Graham well he is determined to change that. 

I loved seeing everyone from book one and some new faces Abuelita is the best, Chris I just want a win for him oh my goodness my heart and Marco so excited for his book and to know who his lucky FMC will be.
