That ended so abruptly!
The ending felt like the ending to a buddy cop movie lolll.
I liked this one, though, and I’ll definitely read the second of the series because apparently it’s the *second* book that has the asexual rep I was looking for 🤦🏻 This book flew by.
And thank god the dog came back to life because wtfffff

This one would’ve greatly benefited from an editor. I did get the self-published version of this, and the bad formatting was distracting. But I found there were a lot of contradictions, and I disagree with the reasoning behind “knowledge is carnage,” and I don’t really think the book knew the arguments it was making at the time. It wasn’t good enough for me to want to pick up the second book in the series.

This one was very "meh" for me. The plot seemed super unfocused. The audiobook reader, too, can only do one accent, and it sucked lollll.
