Did not finish book. Stopped at 6%.
I personally didn’t finish this book at this time due to the fact I feel slumped and am not in the mood for it. And I kind of don’t like the idea that depression and suicide is contagious. Sure, being friends with someone who is depressed and maybe suicidal can be draining in a lot of cases as I’ve been friends with many of them, but they deserve friends too. I don’t know I feel like it could have a good message but I’m not liking the message currently which is that you hang out with someone who’s suicidal or depressed, you’ll turn out like them. It just doesn’t feel right. Maybe it’s cause it’s a touchy subject for me, but I just don’t like it and it’s making me frustrated when it shouldn’t.
