this books was everything everyone said it would be and a little more. i loved it sm it’s hard to put it in words. if i could rate this a 1000/5 i would. SO MUCH BETTER THAN ACOTAR

I really loved this book. I finished it in just over 24 hours, and it was a rollercoaster of emotions. While I loved the beginning and middle, the end wasn’t my favorite. I wanted it to be wrapped up nice in a little bow but nooooo. I also shipped Wylan and Jesper so hard but now... I don’t know. I feel like we didn’t get to see the cold side of Wylan throughout the start and middle of the book, and it was just kinda thrown at us. I also wish we saw more of soft-boy Kaz. No matter how much I didn’t like the ending, this book was still one of the best books i’ve read in 2020. I will be reading crooked kingdom next and hopefully that wraps it up better. I can’t wait to read it!
