Honestly I had the same problem I had with the first two books, they are so long, there’s so much info dumping. I absolutely HATED the multiple POVs mid chapter. That sh!t was so confusing. It’s an alright way to wrap up the series but honestly I pray ACOTAR doesn’t fall flat like this.

Is it possible to love 30% of a book so much it’s a 4 star even though I skimmed the other 70%?
I got Holmes vibes from Bryce always playing detective, not sure if I love it or hate it.

BOY do I love this series so much. I started reading this because of B&A, but I absolutely love f&f so much more. the characters are so much more enjoyable than the ones in B&A. I always feel like a detective reading these books because I'm always trying to guess the twists.

I loved Cal so much in the previous books of this series, I can't stress enough how much more I loved him after this book. I loved seeing his problems and how he was held accountable for his bs.

I want to finish this series just becuase I'm already at book #6. Sadly, the writing has finally caught up with me and I call quits. This book was published in 2020, there's no reason I should feel like I'm reading a 2010 Wattled fanfic.

wasn’t prepared to be hooked. Honestly, the writing style is very digestible. I read this in 25 hours. I typically read really slow and this one was just 😙🤌🏻
At first, I got a lot of vibes that this was going to be like YOU. And although it was kind of stalker-ish, I’m so glad I continued reading and finished the book. I think it’s easily my favorite of this year.

why do I feel like I keep reading the same book over and over? I love me some slow burn. I really do. This just isn't doing it for me though. I can deal with no plot and sh!t writing, but these characters are insufferable. I can relate to Tory, everyone else just gives me the ick.

I didn't enjoy reading this at all, BUT the audiobook was SO much better than reading it. the writing style was tough for me to imagine it but acted out by the narrators was just too good. I absolutely loved Iris and Roman, although I hated how they were separated for most of the book.

Honestly I had high expectations for this book because my circle of friends loved it, I think I’m just not into Emily Henry’s writing. It’s well written, just has a lot of description for my taste in romance books. I felt like the romance department was lacking and everything else was over explained

I tried reading this a couple of times and couldn’t get into it because of the third person POV. But I finally tried it on audiobook because I’ve heard so many good things about this series and honestly, I wasn’t disappointed. The narration is so well done, and it brings the characters alive. I loved both Iris and Roman. I love so many different aspects of the book, the main one being enjoying the characters for once. (I’m usually a hater and find characters annoying lol)
The plot was interesting enough bringing myth and reality together in the story.
