I loved the subject matter and think it'd be great for people who like this style of novel - the mainstream mystery type while also being educational in an interesting way.
I personally found it too long in the later half, there are a bunch of things that happen/are brought up as seemingly relevant but then never addressed again, or like happen suddenly and feel out of place and weird. I also just did not like most of the characters, even the ones I think I was supposed to like in the end.
