Beauty and the Greek Billionaire by Stefanie London
4.0
This book was very interesting and fun.
I love Marianna and how her mind works, how she is so passionate about her studies ,how much she wants for her life .
I liked that there is a family with strong bonds that are there for each other with no judgment and support each others decision , as Nico is orphaned it looks quite good to mix them together.
It is a very slow burn, would have liked to see more of his desire for her, how he crave her and maybe small touches every now and then.
I liked that the author reveals Nico's past in steps and not all at once, it grows the character more and makes you realise more what his been through.
I love her for not wanting to give up at them, at him.
The research for this book seems to be amazing as there are a lot of details about the landscape when i felt like i was there in the first row I love how two people from different countries and cultures fall in love and want to have a life together.
The writing was very easy to understand and kept me engaged in finishing the book.

The Mistwalker by Regine Abel
5.0
If you believe there’s more to this world than only what your eyes see, The Mistwalker is a book for you. The author creates a world in which the layers of the world connect. The connection is brief, but rythmic, the two planes interfering for 3 days every month, when a strange mist overtakes the known world. People fear it, for it’s known to have taken human lives; they are also fascinated by it, as stories about strange mist creatures are being whispered around them. Jade is cautios and the arrival of the mist has never caught her unprepared. But this time, she gets exposed to it by her sister’s foolish mistake. She surely lives to tell, but she experiences a powerful connection to the Mistwalker she encountered, even after the Mist itself is gone. Meeting a breathtaking handsome stranger that soon becomes her boyfriend only complicates things more. Will it be him or the Mistwalker her true partner?
The Mistwalker is a true romance; but, apart from that, it is about one’s desires and the way they shape the world around them. It’s sometimes tensed, sometimes tragic and sometimes heart melting. But, in the end, it’s about acceptance of the unknown and unseen.

Saving Grace by Vi Carter
5.0
I love this book so much. Grace is a college girl who has been through so much in her life and still trying to make a good thing of everything. She has lost her younger brother and is having a hard time to pass over it, with the small reminders every day or even the dreams of happy times, having her mother in a hospital for depression and loosing her doesn’t help Grace’s anxiety. She is trying to hide all of her feelings from everyone until she meets Derek, next door neighbour and college friend.
Derek has his own demons to fight and even if he knows he shouldn’t, he still falls for Grace.
I loved how their love story goes through so much before admitting that they can stand up for everything, they learn how to trust and forgive and love each other.

Stripped Down by Eva Moore
5.0
Stripped Down is the second book of the Exposed Dreams series
Where should I start?
Enzo doesn't know how to say no if a family member or friend needs him, so he has to put aside his own dreams of building his own company and do what he most love in his job to work on larger spaces, private commissions, and special event properties. He dreamed of large-scale parks and museum installations. He was always there for them. When he meets Natalie on the scenes of the show that he is a protagonist with his family business, he has a crush on her that won't go even she is keeping him in the friend zone.
Natalie is the makeup artist, beautiful mother of a 6 years old very smart and amazing little girl. For her,her daughter is the most important thing in the world and would do anything to make sure she has a good education and childhood, even accepting moving into Enzo's sister apartment which is next to his own.She is a very strong and amazing mother even if she haven't had any help or support from her own family, she was always on her own and never gave up on her dreams. She doesn’t know how to accept any help from him and always is doubting his meanings as she was through so much in the past and no one stayed with her long enough to take the time to know her even for a while.
Sparks fly every time they see each other but both have their restraints on giving up everything and just feel and dream about the future.
They go through a journey of learning how to trust each other and respect their feelings.
There are a lot of moments of LOL and if you love Unicorns you will understand what I mean.
I love Mama Jo and every little thing we get to know about the other members of the family.
This story was amazing and felt so real that will stay with me for a while.

New Tides by Rachel De Lune
5.0
New Tides is the first book in the Cornwall Tides Trilogy, telling the story of Ellie and Owen.
“” Trust is a slow burn. And love can be too””
The author is taking us on a journey in one of the most beautiful places in United Kingdom, a small town in Cornwall, a well known place for spending amazing holidays for its beautiful beaches and natural surroundings and all this are so well described that you really feel like you are one of the visitors having a nice cup of coffee and maybe the couple at the next table are the characters from this amazing book.
The book is from Ellie’s POV but you can easily read between the lines that Owen is there for whatever she needs-time,space,human contact, love.
Having to live with anxiety even for the smallest things that most of us take for granted is a totally different world for that person and the author manages to explain and makes us more aware of this by creating a very strong and sensible woman that we can relate to as ourselves or as one of our friends or relatives.
The writing style is a bit different from what I usually read but nevertheless wonderful and kept me up all night to read and finish it.
The slow burn is very slow but it’s exactly what these characters needed so Ellie could feel worthy of Owen’s attention, friendship, desire, love and everything he has to offer.Owen is so open, patient, loving and careful, he has his own struggles with his career as a writer from his day by day to do list/work in progress tasks to his deadlines.
I felt so much for Ellie when I read about her family and relatives not understanding her or supporting her in any way which made me think more about our life and how small gestures can change everything.
Overall an amazing read and will be definitely reading and recommend this author more ❤️

Beautiful Sinner by Sophie Jordan
5.0
Beautiful Sinner is the fifth book in the Devil’s Rock series. This is the first book that I read in this series but not the first by Sophie Jordan.
Even a bad boy needs love and hopefully they will find it when they least expect it.
Cruz has spend several years in prison for a murder that he haven’t committed. He is smart, sexy, loyal and honourable. For him, the time spent away from his family and friends made him realise that there’s nothing more important in life than live the moment and won’t loose any opportunity to get what he wants and he wants Gabriella.
Gabriella is back in the town and as she meets Cruz again, all her dreams about her high school crush are coming back and make her rethinking if she can have now what she could not have then. Her family is very unsupportive although she is very strong and passionate about her work.
It is a slow burn that caught up very quick towards the end as sometimes in real life happens and no matter how hard they will try to resist each other there is a way to just give up at everything and embrace the new beginning.

Just Say Yes by Samantha Lind
4.0
Just Say Yes is the first book in the Indianapolis Eagles series and my first read and review for this author. I had high expectation for this book as it came recommended by various friends and I wasn’t disappointed.
My favourite plots for romance reading are second chance romance especially when the couples knows each other from their youth.
Eight years prior Becca decided to give up to their relationship because she didn’t want to interfere with his upcoming career that was his dream and also having a long distance relationship wasn’t in her cards as she didn’t think she could trust him for that.
She preferred pursuing her career as well but never forgetting her one and only love.
Scott has everything he dreamed about but not his first love that he was unable to forget in all this years. When he get back home on holiday and meet her again, decide to never let her go and do everything what needs to be done to have her by himself for good.
It's a heart loving story, a easy reading,it feels like it's writing itself and there aren't any drama or suspense about a couple that are meant to be together.
I will definitely read all the other books from this author.
Scoring the Player by Samantha Lind
5.0
Scoring the Player is the second book in the Indianopolis Eagles series and tells the story of Brian and Kinley which we meet in the first book Just Say Yes.
Brian is the real player,a manwhore how the tabloids are describing him and some of the stories are true.
Kinley is the woman who has a lot of one-night-stands just to protect her heath but all this is getting old and starts to wonder that maybe she could find the love that her friends have.
There are a lot of sparks between the characters and the story builds nicely from starting a friendship to getting to know each other more and trust to the love feeling that grows and falling in love without admitting but also scared of it.
I really loved this story more than the first one, there were many moments when I lough out loud, when I had tears at points as there was some unexpected twists but just wow and for me helped the characters to grow even more and there was a lot of love.
This was definitely a 5 star reading for me .

Playing for Keeps by Samantha Lind
5.0
Playing for Keeps is the third book in the Indianapolis Eagles series and I loved it.
We get to know the story of Richard” Murph “ and Madison, two long time friends with incredible benefits and yes, they can make you feel everything with their texts and conversations. The couple has a great chemistry and loved that we were updated to what’s happening with the others couples friends from the previous books.
The main characters are to scared to admit to each other what they really feel and want from another because they actually don’t want to loose what they already have for so long.
I loved that Madison has such a great and strong relationship with her father.
Probably what I loved most is the fact that we have both points of views because it helps so much to know what they are thinking and what they want to do and how they really feel about everything.

Scandalous by Sybil Bartel
5.0
I have waited for this book for months now because I liked the others stories and wanted to know more about Tank. Being an ex marine is expected for him to be the very alpha character.I like Dreena, she’s a badass that doesn’t take anything from anybody although she is younger than Tank. I feel for her childhood/teenage story and how she got to become an actress and i think that’s the only thing that i didn’t like about the story as in what kind of mother does that really but I liked that Dreena realises that she can have a happy life without her past haunting her and that Tank is interested in her as a person and not as the celebrity. The few sex scenes are hot 🔥🔥🔥and can’t wait for the next books in this series
