“Run all you want, but there’s no escaping us.”
“A stalker with a heart? That’s new.”
“You like being treated like my personal, slutty toy. Admit it.”
“These lips and every inch of your skin is my belonging. My property. Mine. And no one touches what I deem mine.”
“God can’t hear you in the depths of hell, little thief. But the devil can… and he sure loves to hear you beg.”

Great, dark RH bully romance with tropes like enemies to lovers, touch her and die, primal kink and masked MMCs.

The FMC Ivy had a rough life, and had to steal to survive. Loved how more and more of her life and situation was revealed throughout the story.

Loved how the 3 MMCs were clearly different from each other. Silas was the unhinged serial killer, Max the sweet golden retriever type and Heath the morally grey bad boy, who brought some amazing banter.

The relationship development between Ivy and the MMCs was great, and I loved how her relationship developed differently with each of the MMCs, some faster and some slower. But one common thing was how the spice with all of them was really spicing!

I loved how strong Ivy was as a character. She was determined and willing to do anything to protect those she loves.

There was a lot happening, but also a lot of time for character and relationship development. The plot kept me hooked and it was hard to put this book down. There were multiple twists and turns, and the parts with cat training made me laugh.

There were multiple interesting side characters I would love to learn more about.

I haven’t read the Spine Ridge University series (they’re on my tbr), but that didn’t affect my reading experience, and after reading this one I really need to move the series higher up on my tbr.

Come Out, Come Out, Wherever You Are: An Erotic Horror Story by Harleigh Beck

I’m speechless. This book was a wild ride and it made me question what was happening. And I’m honestly still not sure what was true and what happened inside the FMC’s head, but I loved it.

After a tragic accident, the FMC finds herself in a series of insane events. There was a lot happening, with many twists and turns. The storyline started as “normal” and got more twisted towards the end.

The writing was captivating and made me feel like I was in the middle of the action with the characters. I went to this novella blind, without knowing anything about the book, and I think that was the best decision.

“Bad things happen to good people all the time. It’s part of life. That’s all this is: an unfortunate event.”
“I don’t mind the insects. We can share the body. A good person always shares their things.”
“A sandwich can be pulled apart. A laptop can be broken down piece by piece. Even humans can split from their skin.”

This book was amazing! Dark, gory, shocking, and disturbing, but at the same time addictive and easy to read.

The writing was captivating and there were so many layers to the story. Loved how the book was in multiple parts, highlighting different characters and their roles in the Pure Companion Company. The whole idea of the company was fascinating and it was interesting to read how they perfected the product.

The farm part was the most disturbing to me, and I’m glad I’m a vegetarian because I probably wouldn’t be able to look a steak in the same way.

This was the first book I’ve read from the author, but won’t be the last. I can’t wait to read more!

I’ve read GD before and loved it, and the audiobook version was just as amazing. The narrator, Craig Richards, did a fantastic job portraying Merrick.

This book is a comfort read for me. Funny, easy to read, fast paced, with great characters and an interesting storyline. I love the gothic atmosphere and paranormal elements.

And as always, I need more Merrick! 👻🖤

“You’re a sinner just like the rest of them”
“You were the fly, my sweet Lilith. And the spider has caught you.”
“Had you been a good little child of God, you wouldn’t be in this mess”

Fast and easy-to-read novella with religious themes and corruption.

The FMC, Lilith, is an interesting and strong character. She finds herself in a difficult situation while trying to uncover the truth about what happened to her brother. The MMC, Kameron, on the other hand, has multiple layers, and his story turned out to be sadder than I initially thought. I would love to learn more about him and his past in the future.

There were several plot twists I didn’t see coming. I’m not religious and honestly don’t know much about religions, but it was interesting to see some of the warped faith and hypocrisy.

Like all of Kinsley’s books, this one was amazing!

I loved the Cooper twins and how unhinged they were. The relationship development between them and Banksy was great. And I loved how Banksy was able to understand the twins, why they did what they did, and how she started to care about them.

The book was told from all three of their POVs, and I was equally invested in each one. I enjoyed learning more about all of them as characters. And the spice between them was spicing.

It’s not as dark as some of Kinsley’s other books, but I’d still recommend checking the trigger warnings before reading.

I need Malachi in my life. He can chase me through the forest with his screwdriver 🖤

This book was amazing! The chemistry, tension, and burn between Malachi and Olivia were so good. I loved how he could be completely himself around her and how she always wanted to help him (like learning sign language for him, etc.). She truly understood him.

The spice was spicing, especially the spicy lessons 🔥

I loved everything about this book, and I can’t wait to read more!

“You really want to hang out with us for the next six months in a small, sweaty van?”
“It can’t have been a dream… can it? No. Maybe? No.”
“I’m not sure you understand what you’re signing up for.”

Part of the Tangled up in You: A Snowed-In Why Choose, Winter Romance Anthology.

Short, fun, fast-paced rockstar RH romance with brother’s best friends, forced proximity and friends to lovers.

Even though the story was short, there was a lot happening. I enjoyed the tension and chemistry between the characters. Ryver and Cas had unspoken feelings for each other, and I liked how their bandmates helped bring those feelings out in the open.

I would love to read more about these characters in the future.

“We don’t need to call each other boyfriend to know what we share.”
“My pretty boy. My best friend. My fucking favorite puppy,”
“Up for hunting me down, perrito?”
“Hold onto your reindeer, boys! Santa Claus is going to the tree farm!!”

Great short and spicy novella with cam boys & cam girl, Christmas themed scavenger hunt, pet play, breath play and a supportive grandma.

I loved the scavenger hunt idea, and of course, the spicy prizes in the middle and at the end were fantastic! 🥵 The chemistry between the FMC and 2 MMCs was great, the MMCs were long time friends, and the FMC worked well with them.

Loved the supportive grandma! She was a fun character.
