SCREAMING, CRYING, THROWING UP

The last 25% of this book took me from 2 to 3 stars. Was it entertaining? Sure. But did I learn anything worthwhile? No. It was giving ✨nothing✨ for awhile. I was also expecting a big cliffhanger and my reaction was “okay?”. I will be reading Iron Flame to live in the hate <3

It was a fine read and mostly enjoyable, but I was expecting the plot twist to be “bigger” or different than what actually happened.

I would literally become venin by accident.

I really wanted to rate this a 3.5.

The bad reviews had me asking questions but honestly, this had me giggling and kicking my feet at times. Go in with no expectations and you won’t be disappointed

Gothic and poetic, and a very interesting take on magic. Different than anything I’ve read all year. A bonus is the audiobook is on Spotify!
