A classic book that I could actually read!!! Oscar Wilde is so gay (SHOCKER)
Just such a wonderful book to read. The characters were so beautifully written and Dorian is one of the most interesting characters I have ever read. The story was told so well and in such a clever way.
Henry is such an unintentionally funny character to me cos that man LOVES a monologue about art. And it’s always just “art” in the vaguest terms but that man will never shut up about it.

I LUV GREEK MYTHOLOGY
i enjoyed the fast pace the book began with but felt it begin to lag as it neared to the later parts of the book. i think ariadne was a wonderful character. i appreciated the acknowledgment of how poorly women are treated in greek mythology and seeing their mistreatment as the true tragedy. i was unfamiliar with a lot of the story prior to reading which may have influenced some of my views to be a bit more negative. i did overall really enjoy it and would recommend it. i feel as though there may be something missing but i cannot entirely think of what?
