if i wasn’t already an abolitionist, this book would’ve made me one. some sections of the anthology stood out more than others (i liked the interview at the end and the personal stories from incarcerated ppl the most) but all of it is worth reading!
overall, great read! was thrown off by a few things that made me unable to give it a full five stars — using israeli as a descriptor without any critique or reflection, and describing the same person as both a liberal and a radical in the same string of descriptors. really enjoyed the book as a whole, though!
