pip most annoying man ever. some beautifully written sections but this just did not grab me like a tale of two cities did.

kafka needs to learn what a period is i am so sick of his run on sentences. mans would have a sentence go on for a full paragraph. writing is fairly simple but there's so many underlying things i couldn't quite get. i want to revisit this in the future for sure,  think i could get more out of it by analyzing more. hate the way he writes women. cool concept i will be reading the castle explained essays i fear

I LOVE YOU BRIDGET JONES. this woman raised me. she is my idol she is such a mess i love her. literally so much fun the plot was soooo dumb but idc i had a great time. want to be her or be her friend i don't care. bridget jones canonically meeting colin firth in the books when colin plays mark in the movies is SO funny to me. thailand plot so stupid god i love it and i love mark and bridget together

lauren asher just knows what i want,,, like she is so good at writing characters. i think her plot suffers from repetition here, but alana and cal r so charming i can forgive. had a few boring points but ultimately had a good time. epilogue gave me the ick a bit but goodbye dreamland billionaires. see u for whatever ms asher writes next i am big fan

ok loved the mystery loved the way it unfolded just such an interesting plot and i loved how everything clicked. i think salander is bordering on being poorly written, some of the ways the extremely dark assault scenes were written and also just parts of her character made me feel icky. she’s like almost manic pixie dream girl but not quite? idk. excited to watch movie again now that i’ve read this. good mystery but i think i’ll keep it as a standalone
