This book was incredible! The heist plot was so interesting, and I felt really captivated by the novel. Learning about her past, to how it impacted the heist was so intense and rich. Nora’s internal struggles and her relationship with Iris made for great subplots, and I was truly fascinated from cover to cover. The heist’s relationship with her past lives and her step father was so well thought out and amazing to read. One of my favourite books this year!

I really liked this, and it was yet again another great book from Silvera and Albertalli. The slow burn was really long, but worth it in the end. Ben and Arthur’s characters were so good, and I loved the surprise wedding at the end, Dylan and Samantha seem like a great couple, and I really enjoyed reading about them as well. If I’m being honest, I didn’t really like Mario or Mikey, and I was happy that he wore the tie to the wedding. Amazing novel!

This was so good! I really enjoyed how lighthearted this was, and Arthur and Ben were so cute! I loved how I could recognise both Albertalli and Silvera’s writing, but they seemed to flow really well. It was really cool to read from both of their perspectives, and I loved how they would combine plot lines. The book was really cute, and it got me out of a very long and mentally painful slump. Amazing book, and I am excited for the sequel!

Such a fun read! I was initially sceptical about the style that this was written in, but it turned out to be really good! The characters: Billy, Daisy, Karen, Graham, Pete, Eddie and Camilla all had a great dynamic, and the plot line flowed well through them. The plot from the band’s formation to when they disbanded felt very complex and cohesive. Interesting writing style, but definitely a good read!

I am quite conflicted about how I feel about this book. That characters felt very flat and dull, and they didn’t have any real emotional connection. The bullying culture made the book worse, and Ryen just felt superficial, meanwhile Misha just seemed annoying. The letters and friendship aspect was interesting, but I also didn’t like that they got together - it would have been better if they were platonic. Interesting read, but not my taste.

This was fabulous! That character dynamics felt like it gave closure to the Grishaverse series. I was so happy to see all of the SoC and SaB characters back for one last book, and I really enjoyed the plot line. Although this was really long, it felt like I could read it for hours on end and it was very engaging. The Darkling finally redeemed himself in the end, and I was completely shocked when Inej, Kaz, Wylan and Jesper returned for one last heist. Absolutely amazing book!

I actually liked this! After I beard that the book does not use quotation marks, I felt a bit sceptical, but I enjoyed it in the end. Connell and Marianne just needed open communication, and I didn’t like that they couldn’t be happy together. The plot was interesting, but it did feel flat in some areas. It was a good length and had complex characters, but could have Ben developed. Overall, an interesting and unique read by Sally Rooney.

This is was a really good novel! The character development of Tori Spring made her feel more 3 dimensional, and it dove further into the Heartstopper universe. I thought that it handled the impacts of mental health really well, and it felt very relatable in some aspects. Michael, Lucas and Becky also felt well developed, but I wasn’t a fan of Becky, as she was dating Ben Hope. Overall, another great Alice Oseman book, and I am looking forward to the next!

This was a pretty good read! Although the writing style was less advances than I typically go for, the story was great. The plot line was really interesting, but I feel that there was too much of the middle that felt unnecessary. Nate, Addy, Cooper and Bronwyn had a very interesting group dynamic, and the pretences of the plot felt very well developed. I didn’t like Bronwyn’s obsession with Divergent, however it was a pretty decent novel.

This book was a masterpiece! The character dynamics and the way that this story was told was just amazing! Evelyn’s character felt so raw and real, and this book felt like a dive back in time. The love between Cecelia and Evelyn mixed with her best friend Harry, made this one of the most literary and contemporary historical fiction novels o have ever read. The twist at the end was shocking, and it felt very philosophical. Amazing book by Taylor Jenkins Reid!
