I appreciated the extensive author's note at the end of the book detailing Patel's experience as a therapist and addressing the issues present in the book.

This book started off kind of slow and unengaging but picked up about a third of the way through. I'm glad I stuck with it because it offered us and teen audiences an important view into a part of the sexuality spectrum we don't hear much about.
