I didn't like this book at first--I was like, Oh no, not another book where the characters make the worst decisions for themselves and then we have to read for 200 pages about everyone's unhappiness from the repercussions. This was not the case. Shipstead has woven intricate relationships together throughout time and space, and she gripped me right through til the end.

Good for boys who like action-packed, fast-paced storylines. Strong female characters, too!

Finally something that gave me a concrete example of how to budget that was easily adjustable to my needs.
