Decently entertaining and a quick read. Feels like a story I’ve read before and will likely forget by June 😅

This was kind of like a cozy version of Practical Magic in a way. Kind of wanted there to be more magic but it was still really cute and I’m so happy for Goldie and Irving… sometimes good things really do come to those who wait 62 years.

A mother daughter coming of age story that spans from the 70’s into the 90’s I enjoy Kate’s writing and descriptions of people and events. Both Laura and Emma felt like very real people to me.

Great descriptions but not enough is happening to keep my attention right now

This was a simple and sweet story about how sometimes your big dreams are a little bit smaller than you thought they would be but somehow even better. The wordle play was a fun little addition.

yk what hell yeah. This was a fun time that also covered some tough stuff beautifully. If the book is not about a hot mess still trying to figure themselves out then I don’t want it!

Hate to say this but just really could not stand how aggressively NOT LIKE OTHER GIRLS the main female character was. Also just read Prime Time Romance which has a similar plot style and enjoyed that one way more.

I just lost steam and couldn’t get back into when I picked it back up. Might return to it later!
Margo's Got Money Troubles by Rufi Thorpe

Why did I wait so long to read this one? I did audio and Elle Fanning was delightful. At times laugh out loud funny, searingly self aware, and just beautifully woven together I was enthralled with Margot, Jinx, Susie, Bodhi, and friends. I loved it so much.
