I went back and forth between liking this book and not mostly because it touches on two heavy subjects, fertility and divorce. In the end I liked it because it was real and messy just like life is. I felt like I was able to understand more what people going through these things are thinking and feeling.

This book was so refreshing. An honest and vulnerable take on what it looks like to stumble through your way to becoming more like Jesus.

This book was slow to get started for me. It wasn’t until I was halfway through the book that things started getting interesting. If it wasn’t for the fact that I loved Nightingale, I probably wouldn’t haven’t kept up with the book. By the end, I did end up liking it.
