My kind of weird. Final twists were predictable in the moment, but it kept up with you—so I’m not going to knock off points for good writing making the reader feel just smart enough. I felt seen. The bad reviews don’t count. I’ve decided they just don’t get it like I do.

This book is wild. It’s an earlier Twilight. It tries to be feminist, but it’s. It’s something.

I remember this getting progressively better. It had you one step ahead of the main character the whole time, it was interesting. It did something different. Narnia meets true crime meets the Minotaur.
