Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng

This was so well written. I found myself feeling so deeply for the different characters. I loved how each person's actions made sense and how realistic every character was. This didn't feel like fiction, it felt real and raw. Beautiful story. Normally I hate endings like this one, but it felt perfect to me.

I was a little confused in the beginning with the way the book bounces between different narrarators, but the writing, itself, was beautiful. I liked the stories and the focus that was put on the mothers and their daughters.

"That’s life. You’re always making decisions, taking paths that lead you away from the rest before you can see where they end. Maybe that’s why we as a species love stories so much. All those chances for do-overs, opportunities to live the lives we’ll never have."
I love the way Emily Henry's books are so relatable/understandable and leave me in my thoughts. The witty banter between her characters is always my favorite. Some of the scenes weren't my favorite but it was a great story overall.

I officially love this series! It got better and better each book and I'm a wreck. I cried and felt so many emotions while reading this. It's hard to let it go and have the story be over.
I normally hate books with a love triangle involving brothers because I would hate if a girl ever came between my sons, but this one was done so well that I let it slide.

I expected more. I will give the second book a chance though, maybe it gets better.
