I wil continue to read this manga as well as watch the anime. It was fun and funny. Love the world building
about monsters in dungeons and how they are used for survival.
Really enjoyed the recipe pages with the sketches and energy/nutrient breakdown. It added a cool layer to the manga.

Amazing plot! Loved the varying POVs! Fantastic world building and a cool magic system.
Definitely one of my longer reads for the year but well worth it! Will continue the trilogy. Lee writes wonderfully!

A great collection of stories from the disabled prospective! This collection truly centers disabled voices and has a diverse representation of story tellers. It’s just a starting point to bribing disability justice into your liberation and social justice ideologies.

Initial Reflection:
I love the way Kimmerer always makes me think about the world around me differently. She is so intentional in her language and so giving with her voice.
I already read Braiding Sweetgrass, and this next book was the perfect little slice of her overacting messaging about reciprocity, citizens of the land and earthly gifts.
A quick read for those who want to dip their toes into the interplay of Indigenous knowledge and teachings and ecology and community.

Sweet and spicy! Made me smile and laugh. This was such a perfect little holiday adjacent novella to lift my spirits. Archie was the sweetest little side character! So precious! This would be an adorable made for tv holiday movie with some adult themes of course bc the opening spicy scene was too good to skip!

Initial Reflections:
Some really great insights on human biases and our capacity to think and overthink. Snappy, witty and relevant.
Two too many HP references for a book published so recently.

This is the third book in the series with one more to go! It is a perfect build to the finale and I absolutely can’t wait to conclude the series. I loved the balance of character development, lore, action, suspense and interpersonal relationships. I think the pacing worked well and the plot moved forward enough, while still giving enough world building. This series has quickly become one of my favorite YA fantasies.
