Leave Well Alone by A.J. Campbell

I liked this book. Good hook, good story, great writing. However, I prefer stories that have a lot of action and less downtime. I found myself skipping parts because it didn't interest me. Found it dull at times with just mundane everyday life stuff.
This is more a personal preference and has nothing to do with the book itself. I recommend this author, and if you're thinking of reading her books I recommend doing so :)

Loved this book. Good mystery, great story line and characters. Sad statistics. A few down moments, but I think there was more action than book one.
What an ending! Will def be buying my fourth book by this author, and cannot wait to read it!

Loved everything about this book.
Usually, I find myself bored in long chapters of some books, looking ahead to see how much longer before the chapter is over. None of that here. This book grabbed my attention and held it - throughout!
With a few laugh-out-loud moments, the story is told in such a way that you never get bored.
One of my fav reads.

Loved this book. Reminded me of a mix between "Room 553" and "HER."

Not sure why this book has lower (than usual) reviews because it was awesome! As per usual with BK novels, I finished in one sitting. You just don't want the story to end and you absolutely cannot put it down.
Never listen to bad reviews. I passed up this book a handful of times due to bad reviews but after reading it through, it may be my favorite book by BK yet. It's a toss up between this and "The Secretary."
I read one review saying, "just go in blind," when you read any BK novel, and I must agree with that. Never a dull moment - action begins early on - grips you until the very end. I cannot get enough of BK's writing .. it's soooo goood and this book goes to prove that if you love one book by her, you'll love them all.
Always knocks it outta the park - 5 stars.

A first for me: I actually guessed the killer. Well mostly. Can’t say too much without spoiling it.
Finished in one sitting; I just can’t put down any BK novel.
Liked the story but not one of my favorites. 4 stars

Liked this book. Good concept, plot, settings, mystery.
Okay, after reading some reviews I have to edit this. I don’t think this book was that spooky/scary - that might be an exaggeration.
Also, with the mental health/disability aspect: I don’t think the author was showing ableism or anything else negative. I think she was trying to show how many people do perceive mental health / disability. Ex: people suffering from mental health issues are perceived as being nuts or crazy.
She mentions this before the book starts.
