I love a good dystopian “robot becomes human” novel. I also appreciate how much was put into the short story, so many funny parts!

Not a bad sequel, some of my question were answered but not all of them.

The book started off slow but picked up towards the end. So much was happening at the end, that a lot of the events should’ve been spread out to make the book flow better.

Tbh this should’ve been the last book but it ends on a cliff hanger. Go figure.

First, let me just say I listen to this book, this in the end made it harder to understand some of the world building.

Second, I’m still confused about some of the backgrounds of different characters. Some of the background information that should’ve been shared by the author, but instead I’m left with questions.

Third, fuck killian. I hated him from the beginning all the way to the end.

Fourth, some of the plot is not developed and was confusing at times. This also goes for the spicy scenes, lot of build up but no follow through.

Cute story but I like the first book better. Just related to those characters better, this story was a bit predictable in some parts.

This story keeps you at the end of your seat, waiting for the other boot to drop! The whole time I did know if I should cheer on the main character or scream GTFO!
