You can tell that CH is trying to tie up loose ends since the series only has 1 book left. Not as much detail in the character development, forcing the reader to make some big leaps as to motivations...

2 different groups trying to kill her at the same time? A bit much to me. It all felt stretched and anticlimactic. But it wrapped up quite a few storylines.

LOVE the guest appearances from the Sookie Stackhouse series. But the character development is still lacking a bit.

Love getting the back story of Gothel! I love how they took lines from Tangled and put them in the book with a different perspective.
