I preferred the first book but this one wasn’t bad. I enjoyed the twists. At first I thought the MC was a bit naive, but then I realized in the last chapter that she was 16 throughout the events of the book.

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed reading this. Ove’s journey warmed my heart. I almost cried at the end because of how much I cared for this book’s grumpy protagonist.
