It was a book.

This stuff is useful, but for a self help book it was written with very science-y language. I work in this field, and understood it, but even my eyes glazed over a bit while reading it. I think with better consideration of the average person’s health literacy in mind, it could be very helpful.

I’ll have to check out some of her more recent stuff. Some of this was dated.

What a delightful read. My kind of silly with a good mix of shenanigans, tomfoolery, cannon fire and romance.

Loved some stories, was meh about others. Would love to see some made into longer stories.

Loved learning about the lakes I live near and love. Hated how the narrator pronounced Petosky.
