Another forbidden romance from Sara Cate and it's Goode brother!! We have Lucas who is a professor who helps out a student, Sadie, and rents out a room to her and she is pregnant.

I love Lucas and Sadie together. Lots of great banter and steam. I fell in love with Lucas immediately but Sadie was a bit to fall for. I didn't get her continued obsession with the baby daddy.

The premise of the book sounded interesting but this was not for me. It was slow and left me uninterested in what happened.

Thank you @gallerybooks for a copy of this book.

Holy smokes!! This was 🔥🔥🔥 and such a good book. We start off with Caleb and Briar who has been married and is struggling. Enter Dean, who is flirty and needs a place to stay.

The relationships in this story is complex and forbidden and I could not stop listening to it. The Goode brothers series is so good.

The 3 POV and narrations by Ava Erickson, Tim Paige, Aiden Snow, really brought the story to life.

I love this series and we got Will and Sara on their honeymoon at the secluded lodge and everything turns upside down with a scream.

They end up investigating the death of the owner, Mercy and uncovers all the twisted lies.

The story was engaging and the narration by Kathleen Early more me interested.

A beautiful story set in small beach town with 3 women all having issues and dealing with it. This was more a women's fiction with a side of romance with Lily and Cecilia's grandson, Todd.

I love the themes explored in the story and the writing was well done.

I am a sucker for forbidden romance so I had to check this out. Overall, an entertaining read with lots of drama (a sex tape) and lots of sexy times. It was a book I enjoyed but it wasn't memorable.

Thank you @prhaudio @berkleyromance for a copy of this book.

I appreciate that all the books I've read from Lana Ferguson are all so different but you can always find great writing with humor.

What you will find in this story is:
- brother's best friend
- fake dating
- it has always been you
- great steam scenes

The narration by Zachary Webber and Samantha Summers really brought the characters to life.

I immediately started this book after the 2nd book. It takes back 5 years later with Blake having found success with his bars and Farrah isn't doing as well.

They are now forced to work together and of course their attraction is still as strong. There was a lot of angst and should she or shouldn't she in this story.

I did enjoy seeing both of their growth journey and messy love story.

** spoiler alert ** Thank you @prhaudio for a copy of this book.

The premise sounded so good with a safe small town and Diana found dead and the killer is someone local. I enjoyed the pacing of the story but it took a turn when one of the POV is narrated by the Barrett Leddy. It just gave away the killer.

From there, I was not vested into the story. The red herring became so obvious.

January LaVoy, Jorjeana Marie and Barrett Leddy did a good job on the narration but wished they did all male voices by Barrett.

To travel abroad and find love and found family, what a story. I really enjoyed seeing Farrah and Blake's story as they both explore a new country and school. I love the found family aspect and how these friends became family.

The story does leave you in a cliffhanger. Thankfully, I already had the second book in queue to read.
