Such a good story - accomplishes alot in only about 30 pages.

Great critique of stoicism - i love his comparison of lawyers with their clients to farmers with the animals they slaughter and bleed out.

“I want to live, terribly! Terribly!”

So, so great. Really loved it. Great read for those who dont like taking life coldly or at a shoulders length and instead embrace the ups, the downs entirely and passionately
