Wowโ€ฆ I am speechless!
There was something in this story that most of the time I canโ€™t even find it in horror books. There were so many terrifying twists in this book, I cried multiple times. There is only one thing Iโ€™m afraid of and something really close to that happened in this book. I canโ€™t say it what without spoiling it, but wow! This story was a wild ride, so much darker than I expected it to be.

I loved it so so much, the mystery, the twists, all the magical elements and of course the darkness of it all.

House of Salt and Sorrows is a โ€œThe Twelve Dancing Princessโ€ retelling with so many original and unique ideas to the story.

I started this book without almost knowing nothing about it and it immediately grabbed me into this beautiful and dark world, that it seems I couldnโ€™t get enough now! Iโ€™m delighted to find out it has a sequel to it that follows Verity years later. I cannot wait to continue my journey in โ€œHouse of Roots and Ruinโ€.

I couldnโ€™t recommend this book enough, it was honestly so perfect! Maybe it will be a new favorite read of mine!
