I loved this book from the beginning until the very end. It's a heartwarming story of two people with damaging pasts, that are able to help one another heal. Fans of Beautiful Disaster will not be disappointed in this book, though it is a bit different.

This is a short heartwarming romance that had great a writing style, dialogue, and a storyline that flowed nicely. The characters of this book were multidimensional and were very easy to connect with. One of my favorite parts about this book was the character that instigates the 'conflict'. You usually find in these NA romance books that it's typically the hero that makes a wrong more setting the conflict in motion; while Dallas definitely played a role, Carmyn was the one to set everything into motion. This was a very unexpected surprise that I immensely enjoyed.
