A fast paced book that drew me along with lyrical prose. It could have been a much longer book if Richard Meade had explained all that Helmut had endured, or if he had drawn out the story of Sandivar and the Wolf Queen, but he chose to spare us and I appreciated that. Well worth the read if you like Fantasy.
