This will always be one of my favorite series, and this book started it all! I haven't done a proper reread of this series in forever, but that's going to change this year thanks to the Blue Bookmark Book Club doing a yearly read of the series! So we got to start the year off with the Sorcerer's Stone! I had so much fun with the book, and I know it's not perfect, but I can't help but rate it 5-stars because of my nostalgia for this world. It did take me forever to read this book, but that's totally my fault since I only had my illustrated copy with me, and it makes me feel like I'm reading a textbook and always takes me way longer to read because I get sidetracked at looking at the pictures. I can't wait to start Chambers of Secrets!
