To be honest, the entire reason I picked up this series was because of the dramatic reactions people had to the end of this one. I get it! I definitely like it more than the first. I was able to understand Evangeline and her naivety a little more now (that was a me problem in the first book) and she and Jacks do have the chemistry of a perfect disaster. Anyways, I'm interested to see where it goes because ouch!
