The Atlas Six by Olivie Blake
5.0
Six of the most uniquely talented magicians in the world are recruited by Atlas Blakey to join the Alexandrian Society, a mysterious group whose job is to protect and care for the world’s lost archives. They have two years to master their skills, collaborate with each other, and learn as much as possible from the society’s archives. Once initiated, they can expect immense wealth and power but there is a catch—one of the six must be eliminated.
THE ATLAS SIX is such an entertaining, mind-blowing read and I loved every moment of it! The chapters alternate between the perspectives of each of these flawed, morally grey characters and I loved being inside their minds. Everyone is hiding something and they all have different motivations for joining the group. I thought it was brilliant how the magic and science are intrinsically linked in this world. This book is dark academia at its finest—sexy, sharp-witted characters, moody campus vibes, queer love triangles, rivalries, betrayal, mystery, murder, and so much more. @olivieblake is a genius and I cannot wait to see where she takes this series!
