Thanks for the Feedback: The Science and Art of Receiving Feedback Well by Douglas Stone
5.0
I read this for work as a book study with other work peers, and I thought it was an extremely useful framework for receiving and giving feedback. Why can one person give me barely any feedback without me being triggered? Why can another person tell me everything bad about myself and I'll be super willing to change?
I do feel that it's more helpful in my personal life than my work life because I tend to experience more "feedback" from my teenager than my colleagues or manager. ;)
